OVERexpressed & OUT Welcomes Sheila Pai
Educator and homesteader talks about growing up in Kansas, being listened to, and practicing humility
Sheila Pai is mom of two children living on a homestead with three dogs, four cats, two goats, one rabbit and a number of ducks and chickens. Sheila is an academic and executive functioning coach who incorporates mindfulness and life skills for a holistic approach. She primarily works with young adults ages 13-20, a group she has worked with for over two decades. She is passionate about getting learners (and families!) the support they need to live lives of connection and peace. Sheila’s ultimate purpose is for learners to be fully independent, her support a thing of the past as they step with life-long resilience and confidence into a life full of meaning, connection and joy.
