OVERexpressed & OUT welcomes Mary Campbell
Walking Our Talk Founder shares what makes her feel most alive: the vital art of connection
Mary Campbell is a sensuality coach and spiritual counselor. She is also an ordained inter-spiritual minister, erotic educator, and author of a forthcoming book, The Pleasure Playbook: 12 Paths for Awakening Joy. Mary leads intimacy workshops and retreats near her home in the western Massachusetts, many winters in Mexico, and internationally upon request. She is also the creator of the highly successful Walking Our Talk women’s creation circles initiative.
Mary works privately via Zoom and in person with individuals and couples wishing to connect more deeply with their inner life and sensual self in a culture that devalues our feminine nature and thwarts our sensitivities. Mary’s Reflection & Prompt:
What makes you feel most alive? What connections—with yourself, your body, your family/friends/partners and Nature —are most vital to your fulfillment? And what steps can you take every day to feed these connections? You are the promise the world is waiting for. Every day's choices will determine what most feeds your soul.
from “I Will Not Die an Unlived Life” by Dawna Markova
I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me, to make me less afraid, more accessible, to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise.
