Earth Mama & Medicine Woman charts her path for collective healing
Ava Adames considers herself a Steward of the Earth, Earth Mama, and Medicine Woman. Passionate about spiritual energy and healing methods that connect people to every single thing that lives on our planet as a life force necessity, she offers practical healing and holistic arts in a variety of ways to connect people to their highest sense of self.
In 2020, she founded Violets in Bloom in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania where she proudly lives, works and plays! In 2023, she co-founded a sister space called Candles, Sticks & Stones, which specializes in scented DIY crafting experiences with well being classes and events, utilizing herbs, candles and essential oils. She places good vibes & healing intentions into everything she does and her work is to inspire others to do the same.
Ava has a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and is an award-winning Fortune 500 National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. A master crystalogist, certified yoga and pilates instructor, Reiki 1 & 2 certified practitioner and a certified meditation practitioner, Ava also carries a diploma of excellence based in journal therapy writing. As a facilitator of sacred ceremonies utilizing sound healing, breathwork and art based aromatherapy, Ava leads healing circles and workshops regularly.
